How the power of positive thinking can help create the life you want
1. Be aware of your thinking
What you think determines what comes into your experience and how your life will play out. Be aware of the thoughts you”re thinking.
It’s simple. Think good thoughts and good things happen. Think negative and you can expect more of the same. Your crappy day isn’t a result of someone else words/actions. It is a result of the thoughts YOU think. You can’t how others think and respond but, you can choose how YOU think and respond…. to whatever you’re experiencing.

2. Direct your thoughts
If you continue to talk about what you DON’T want and what feels uncomfortable……you only succeed in delaying the experience of having what you DO want.
When negative thoughts find their way into your thinking, counteract them with something that makes you feel good. Don’t allow negative thoughts to take over

3. Visualise and Stay Focused
Be driven by your passion. Passion inspires determination. Determination motivates success.
When your passionate about something and determined to have it, you’ll find yourself thinking about it often.
This is good because the more you’re giving your attention to something, the quicker it’s going to come into your experience.
Maintain your focus and keep it in your thoughts…a lot. Most of the time, we do this without realising when it’s something we have our sights set on.
One of the easiest way to consistently give your attention to that which you want, is to start a Vision Board.
Simply put, this is a piece of board, poster paper, photo frame whatever you like.
The idea is to paste pictures, words etc that reflect all your desires. Absolutely anything can go on a Vision Board that relates to the things you want to be, do or have in YOUR life.
Place the Vision Board somewhere it will be looked at often because this will help you to consistently focus on the stuff you want. The beauty of a Vision Board is you’ll find yourself ticking off the things that have manifested for you and keep adding to it as new desires emerge.

4. Feel good
It’s all about the feeling. Be aware of how your feeling. It’s a good indicator of where you’re at.
If it doesn’t feel good. Change it! Reach for something that makes you feel better than you’re currently feeling. A step away from negative, is a step closer to positive.
Feeling good about anything is going to bring more of the same. When you attach a good feeling to your thinking, it puts you in a good place. When you’re in a good place emotionally and physically, you’re sending good vibes to the Universe and the Universe will respond by giving you more of the same.

5. Surround yourself with positive
We often get caught up in the negative crap going on around us. When you are drawn into something that results in a negative feeling, it’s an indicator to shift your thinking. We are often influenced by the negative words and actions of others. Surround yourself only with that that makes you feel good. It’s all about you. What another is thinking and doing has nothing to do with you. We are only responsible for our own thinking. We have no control over the thoughts of others. If you allow yourself to be a part of the negative, you have only yourself to blame. Stand in a place that matches your desires.

6. Good vibes
The vibration you set for yourself is received by the universe and the universe will match that vibration by bringing more of the same. When your vibration is a match to your desire, all things in your experience will gravitate towards it.

You are only limited by that which you believe to be true

8. Embrace good
Life is supposed to be fun.We are here to live it and enjoy it. We are here to give and enhance each others lives through love and kindness. The universe WILL respond to your vibration and bring forth that which you give your attention to. It is through your joy that good things come. It doesn’t matter what path you take. It matters only that it feels right to YOU
Embrace all that is good and right with you. You are responsible for what comes into your experience.
Appreciate every day. You are here and you get to create whatever you want through the power of your thoughts. Nothing is more important than that you should feel good and when you feel good, those around you pick up on the vibe and change their own thinking in that moment. Dwelling on past experiences that brought you discontentment/heartache etc uses an enormous amount of energy.
